Need a new JPS Meter temporary power disconnection for over a year; need a compliance certificate and licensed electrical inspector to certified your premises go to the GER portal and create an Account ger.gov.jm
Click register and fill out the page as required;

• with your correct name 
• address for premises , Date of birth,
• TRN ,
• Valid Email ,
• Telephone number.
• Then create an Alphanumerical pass word to access your account.

Need to sign a new contract with JPS for new upgrade of meter ,recertification of contract , temporary power, track your power usage ,report outage ,emergency service, track your monthly bill, termination of service you should have My JPS APP/Portal Go To App Store or click the Link.

The process is simple once you’ve downloaded the app/portal and added the accounts. After this is done you would just need to go to Service and then NEW or Upgrade Service. you would then upload the GER certificates for your/each account.
